According to technical and economic analysis,one can expect to recover investment in 1-2 years after the plant going into full operation.Process DescriptionAcetylene dissolving equipment is the production of gaseous acetylene after purification, compression, filling into acetylene cylinder containing acetone, so that acetylene gas dissolved in acetone, acetylene gas and then released from acetone when used.Its production process: The broken 10-200mm calcium carbide is transported to the production room, water is added to the generator from the high water tank to the overflow starting device, the calcium carbide is transported to the charging platform, the charging guide tube is blown with nitrogen with purity ≥98%, the sealing cap is moved down to feed, and then the sealing cap is reset in time. Chemical reaction occurs between calcium carbide and water to generate acetylene gas, and impurities are removed by scrubber and water seal.
