Installation steps1),Screw down the two set screws on supporting frame, when rock turn the body, the water inlet tube and water outlet tube do not turn together with body.2),After installation is finished, for model with motor, should test it without product inside, after all the transmission parts works normally, input the product to start production.6. Using notice1 ,When it is steam heating, the working pressure mustn't be higher than rated pressure for long time.2,When inject steam, should do it slowly, until it is the pressure needed, if the stop valve at condensed water outlet is with steam trap, should open the valve all the time, if there is no steam trap, open the valve first, unit steam overflows, close the valve down a little.3, About safety valve, adjust it according to the steam pressure.4, During the usage, pay attention to the steam pressure regularly, use the steam inlet valve to adjust accordingly.5,When stop injecting steam, open the bottom valve to discharge the water.6 ,About the tilting type and agitating type, before usage, add oil to the transmission parts, use 30#--40# machine oil.Maintenance1),When steam inlet pipe and water outlet pipe leaks, if tighten the nut cannot solve the problem, should add or change the packing.2),Should check the manometer and safety valve regularly, if there is malfunction, should change them or repair them in time.3),After 50 hours of usage, should take apart the reducer, discharge the lubricant, use kerosene or diesel to wash it, add 30#--40# machine oil. After 150 hours of usage, change the oil for second time. Then according to the working condition, change the oil around 1000 hours of usage.4),If anti-rusting paint peels off, should paint it in time.5),After 5 years' usage, we suggest to do a safety water pressure test. Then do the test according to the requirements of technical department.6),The thickness of internal layer is 3-5mm, after years of usage, when the thickness is less than 2mm, should stop using it.7),The welding of the stainless steel parts, should use stainless steel welding rod AO102, AO107, AO132, AO137, do not suggest using other kinds of welding rods.Product Description
