Product Description CEMS-5000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System (Ultra-low Hot-wet)CEMS-5000 is a continuous emission monitoring system. It is used for the online monitoring of SO2, NOx (NO, NO2), CO, CO2 O2 and dust particles in the emission of various fixed sources, and it can be expanded to monitor the gas components of HCl, HF, NH3, CH4, H2S, Cl2, etc;The measured gas passes through the sampling probe and heated pipeline for heating and filtration, then goes into the gas analyzer for measurement. The analyzer can be configured with different analyzing module , including UV-DOAS, NDIR, TDLAS, Electrochemical, Zirconia, etc. It can fully meet the measuring requiirements for different applications. The sampling probe collect the flue gas samples. It is integrated with a ceramic filter to remove the dust from the flue gas;? The heat tracing pipeline deliver the sampling gas into the analyzing sytem, it adopts high-temperature tracing to prevent the condensation of water vapor in the flue gas;? The dust monitor is for real-time monitoring of the dust particle concentration in the chimney;? The flue gas parameters monitor the temperature, pressure, and flow rate of the flue gas inside the chimney;? The humidity monitor measure the humidity of the flue gas;? The system cabinet is equipped with DCS system, It controls the extracting, pretreatment of the sample gas, and deliver the sample gas to the analyzer for measurement;? Standard gas is used for calibrating the analyzer;? The air compressor produces compressed air for purging of the heat tracing pipeline, sampling probe, and gas parameters monitor.Working principle:CEMS-5000 (Cold-dry): The system adopts the extracting cold-dry method, which effectively reduces interference from water vapor and organic substances on measurements by using multi-stage acid adding technology and condensing dryer technology. The water can be removed, thereby ensure the measurement accuracy.The sample gas enters the sampling probe, the dust was removed by the probe filter, the filtered sample gas was delivered to the CEMS cabinet by the heated tracing pipeline. The sample gas undergoes filtration and condensation water removal through multi-stage filters and multi-stage condensing dryer. The pump add the acid to the multi-stage condensing dryer dosingly. The filtered & dryed sample gas finally delivered to the analyzer. Basing on UV-DOAS , NDIR principle, the concentration of SO2, NO,NO2, CO, CO2 can be measured. After the O2 concentration been measured by the electrochemical sensor, the sample gas is then discharged.CEMS-5000 (Hot-wet): The system adopts the extracting hot-wet method, which effectively avoids the measurement value distortion caused by the dissolution of SO2 and NO2 in condensation water through using full-process high-temperature heating. Thereby ensure the measurement accuracy.The sample gas enters the sampling probe, the dust was removed by the probe filter, the filtered sample gas was delivered to the CEMS cabinet by the heated tracing pipeline. The measurement of the gas is completed in the heating box. Basing on UV-DOAS , NDIR principle, the concentration of SO2, NO,NO2, CO, CO2 can be measured out, the O2 is measured by elecrtochemical sensor. After the sample gas passes through the high-temperature flowmeter and humidity meter(optional),it is then discharged from the heating box.
