Product Description ISO 22412 13320 Photon Correlation Nanoparticle Size Analyzer ISO 13309 Nano Particle Size AnalyzerDescription:The LS-N009-D nanoparticle size and Zeta potential analyzer is the latest product launched by our company, which integrates the functions of nanoparticle size measurement and Zeta potential measurement. It adopts the principle of dynamic light scattering (DLS), measures the intensity fluctuations of scattered light caused by Brownian motion of particles in the sample, and obtains the autocorrelation function through a digital correlator to analyze the diffusion coefficient of particles. Based on the Stokes-Einstein equation, the particle size and distribution are calculated. It also uses electrophoretic light scattering (ELS) technology to determine the electrophoretic mobility of particles by measuring the frequency shift of scattered light under an applied electric field, and calculates the Zeta potential and distribution of particles according to the Henry equation. Additionally, it employs static light scattering (SLS) technology to calculate the Rayleigh ratio at different concentrations of standard substances and samples by measuring the average intensity of scattered light, and plots Debye curves to obtain the molecular weight and second virial coefficient of proteins and polymers.
