It is specially designed for the standardized processing of coiled round steel bars and threaded steel bars. The equipment is suitable for steel bars with a diameter of 4-32mm, with a straightening accuracy of ±0.5mm/m and a cutting length error of ≤1mm. The single machine capacity is 3-15 tons/hour. It adopts dual-motor drive (straightening motor + cutting motor), combined with multiple sets of straightening wheels and high-frequency vibration cutting knives, which can process various types of steel bars such as HRB335 and HRB400.
