The support block is generally divided into fixed side BK, EK, FK (indicated by K) and support units BF, EF, FF (indicated by F), all of which contain JIS5 grade angular contact ball bearings with preload adjustment.The ball screw support block is equipped with ultra small angular contact ball bearings with a contact angle of 45 ° developed for ultra small ball screws, which can achieve high rigidity, high precision and stable rotational performance.The supporting unit on the supported side uses deep groove ball bearings.The internal bearings of EK, FK, and BK type support seats contain an appropriate amount of lithium soap based grease and are sealed with special seals to ensure long-term operation of the product.Characteristics of ball screw support block(1) The adoption of the best bearingsConsidering the balance of rigidity with ball screws, high rigidity and low torque angular contact ball bearings (contact angle of 30 °, free combination) are used. Meanwhile, the ultra small support units EK6 and EK8 are equipped with ultra small angular contact ball bearings developed for ultra small ball screws. This type of bearing has a contact angle of 45 °, a small ball diameter, and a large number of balls. It is a highly rigid and high-precision ultra small angular contact ball bearing that can achieve stable rotational performance.(2) The shape of the supporting unitThe support unit comes in angular and circular series, which can be selected according to the purpose.(3) Small and easy to installThe support unit is designed with a small volume that takes into account the surrounding space for installation. At the same time, bearings that have been adjusted and preloaded are installed, which can be directly assembled after delivery, reducing assembly time and improving assembly accuracyInstallation method of ball screw support block(1) Install the fixed side onto the screw.(2) Insert the fixed side, tighten the locking nut, and secure it with a cushion block and an internal hexagonal fixing bolt.(3) The supporting side bearing is fixed to the screw shaft with a stop ring and installed into the supporting side support block.Note 1: Do not disassemble the support unit.Note 2: When inserting the screw shaft into the support unit, be careful not to flip the flange ball of the oil seal gasket.Note 3: When tightening the cushion block with the hexagonal fixing bolt, to prevent looseness, please apply adhesive to the hexagonal fixing bolt before tightening.
