Product Description Product DescriptionThe FRP cooling tower is made of high-strength FRP composite materials, which is lightweight (30%~50% lighter than steel) and has excellent corrosion resistance. It can cope with harsh environments such as acid, alkali, and salt spray, and its life is more than twice that of traditional metal towers. The product is centered on high efficiency and energy saving, equipped with corrugated fillers and variable frequency motors, which improves heat dissipation efficiency by 20%, reduces energy consumption by 15%~30%, and significantly optimizes operating costs; the modular design supports rapid disassembly and maintenance, and is equipped with a visual observation window and anti-ultraviolet coating (adapting to extreme temperature differences from -30oC to 80oC) to ensure low downtime and long-term stable operation. The standard model has a diameter of 2.5~12 meters and a height of 3~20 meters. The water treatment capacity covers 50~2000m3/h, supports non-standard customization (square/round), and is flexibly adapted to the needs of chemical, power, data centers and other scenarios.
