Its design is characterized by a compact structure, ensuring ease of maintenance, making it not only a technological powerhouse but also a convenient solution for industry professionals.Installation Instructions3.3.1 For a seamless setup, place the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.Alternate the placement of the two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is impeccably level, then spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points for unmatched stability. Remember,the wedge must be crafted and installed by you, tailored to your specific conditions for optimal contact on the inclined surfaces.The load capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm2.)3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's balance. The axial leveling criteria stand at an exacting 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontallevel must be maintained at an impeccable 0.10/1000mm.3.3.3 Coupling alignment is paramount. Prioritize these steps for flawless alignment:1) Deactivate the main power source for safety assurance;2) Carefully detach the coupling shield;3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;4) Ensure the motor installation plane is pristine, free from debris and dirt;5) Motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing for bolt loosening to facilitate motor adjustments;6) Stock ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets for motor foot support, ensuring they are flawlessly flat; long, thin gaskets are unsuitable for adjustments;7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm precision (customer-supplied) for alignment accuracy;8) Prepare the bracket as depicted below to support the dial indicator;9) Mount the motor wheel hub bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;10) Fine-tune adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft.11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, reviewing the coupling's outer and end face runouts for excellence.;12) Conduct a motor idling test, then install the coupling intermediate section with finesse.3.3.4 Following precise casing alignment and 'levelness' adjustments, ensure the anchor bolts are tightly fastened. Post-trial operations, loosen and retighten these bolts for enduring security.3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed wonder, is vulnerable to solid or liquid intrusions, which can inflict irreversible harm. It's essential that pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculate and meet the system's steam corrosion standards. If they fall short, rectification is a must.We recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for enhanced protection.3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with the appropriate accessories as per the PI diagram, supporting the pipeline with separate brackets to prevent undue weight stress on the compressor body.3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are expertly installed, and the concrete base has reached full solidification, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that every component is functioning flawlessly, setting the stage for superior performance and efficiency.3.3.8 For optimal performance, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius from the compressor itself. Employ threading pipe to securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, ensuring it remains safely underground.
