Main Machines For the lineFeeding belt conveyorBelt conveyor is the standard feeding device to send the Plastic soft waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, films to cutter compactor. If the waste films are in roll, an option is to use roller haul-off feeding device to send the films to compactor. The feeding speed is controlled by inverter, which is integrated with the compactor current. It will feed automatically according to the requirements of compactor. Metal detectorMetal detector is an option for customer to choose , it can detect the metals inside material if there is to avoid the damage of knives in compactor. Once there is metals, the detector will give alarm, and stop the belt conveyor, the operator can take out the metals and restart the belt conveyor,. Customer can choose Germany and Chinese brand.Cutter compactorCutter compactor works with fixed knives at side of compactor body and rotary knives at bottom plate of compactor. It can both cut the material into small pieces and make little agglomeration of the material, which remove the moisture inside material and let the feeding to extruder more stable and easier. The temperature inside compactor will go increasing by cutting and frication, there is over temperature cooling automatically. On top of compactor, there is exhaust device installed to such the moisture and dust during running of compactor. Two stage extrudersSuch design of pelletizing line includes two single screw extruders, which is suggested to use for heavy printed material, high contaminated material, low fluidity material, temperature sensitive material, high moisture content material. With such pelletizing line, it can remove more efficiently the moisture, the dirties inside material after granulation with more exhausting mouths and more filtrations, getting granules for high requirements.Melt FilterThe double-column melt filtration systems offer high filtering areas and bear melting pressure more than 25Mpa. In pelletizing line, both double-column filters and plate type filters can be choose depends on customers filtering requirements. It can put multilayers of meshes inside for better filtering according to pellets quality requirements.Under water pelletizerUnder water cutting system is specially designed for high flow rate material and high viscosity material, which is difficult in cutting. Customer can choose water ring cutting and spaghetti cutting also depends on the material and capacity requirements, we will suggest the suitable cutting for customer according to the material. Vibration SieveThe vibration sieve is used to sorting the granules after cutting to get universal sizes of final products, and at the time cooling down more the final granules.PLC touch screen controlIntelligent PLC touch screen control can monitor all the operation parameters of the whole production line. All the operation and settings are generated in the touch screen. One button Emergency stop function is available in case that some uncertain risk happened during production. Standard button control cabinet is also offered if the customer needs.
