Turbine ExpanderTurbine Expander is combine produced by our factory and Cryogenic Center of China Academy of Sciences, main machine is produced by China Academy of Sciences. It wines the advancement second and third Prize of Science and Technology by Academic of Sciences in 1995 and 1999.Rectification ColumnIt adopt fin type heat exchange, made in aluminum, heighten heat exchange affection, depress the operating pressure, reduce the power consumption furthest, saving cost.It is equipped with exclusive instrument control cabinet. The temperature, the flow rate, liquid level etc. can be displayed in the digital display instruments. The special technology shortens the starting time to only 6 hours. The pipes used in the Purifier, including the connecting pipes between Purifier to Rectification column are in the conditions of cold-heat changing alternately. The temperature changes range from 5oC~200oC. When temperature is low, condensing-water corrode pipe, while the temperature is high, the pipe oxidized seriously. To ensure the life of connecting pipe, and safety of plant, we have made heat insulation treatment on all the pipes.11. To ensure the safe running of the plant, we equip four-stage pipe oil-filter to ensure that no oil can enter purifier and rectification column. The pressure-difference meter in the four-stage pipe can also show the oil quantity to inform us to change the filter core, ensure the safety of follow-up plant.
