Q: Do you provide prototyping service? is it free or extra ?A: Yes, the prototype product fee depends on the geometry, fee can be refund based on large-scale production orders. Q: What is your terms of payment ?A: 30%-50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment. Q: What's kinds of information you need for a quote?A: 2D drawing in PDF or DWG format marked down with all detail requirements like workmanship and surface treatment...etc,and 3D drawings with STEP or IGS or X_T format, and others. Q: What is your standard PO procurement process flow?A: Prototyping ---> For approval ---> Large Scale Order ---> Manufacturing Instruction ---> Bulk Production ---> Inspection ---> ShippingQ: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?A. Please send a sample to factory for reference, and instruction with detail dimensions. then we can provide you better solutions.
