Product Description Exquisite Cutter Head Suction Dredger Crafted at Heng Peng Shipyard, Enhancing Dredging Efficiency Product Description1.Introduction: The Cutter Suction Dredger, constructed with high-grade steel, is a non self-propelled, dismountable marvel. It is designed to berth and dredge in various waters, whether in coastal areas or inland rivers. This vessel is engineered to meet the 'A' navigation standards or below, as specified in the Inland River Steel Engineering Ship Manufacture Code of P. R. China. This dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediment, adhering to the Class III specifications outlined in the Dredging Engineering Construction Technique Code by the Ministry of Water Resources (MWR) of P. R. China. Our dredger's hull is ingeniously designed with three pontoons: one main pontoon (engine room) and two side pontoons. Each component is precisely dimensioned for seamless transportation via road, rail, or water. The rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons is facilitated by bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. The dredger is powered by a robust Marine engine, with the main engine driving the dredge pump and hydraulic pump. These, in turn, power all equipment including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams. Constructed entirely of welded steel, the hull provides the necessary strength for demanding dredging operations. The side pontoons are securely connected to the main pontoon using bolts.
