Product Description Product DescriptionLarge capacity GZG series Double Motor Vibrating Feeder1.Application of vibrating feederHigh Efficient Coal Vibrating Grizzly Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment,which is widely used in mining, building-material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants,such as metallurgical industry, coal mining industry, mining-selecting, building, chemical and grinding industry, etc.2.Working principle of vibrating feederThe vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears must be jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce linear huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling on the funnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smaller parts will fall down, and avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose can be reached.3.Performance and Features of vibrating grizzly feeder1. Double screening and embodies the functions of dirt removing, screening and feeding.2. Characterized by even feeding, excellent continuity and adjustable vibrating force.3. Simple structure and easy maintenance; Vibrating Feeder Working priciple:The vibrating motors force the feeding trough body to make simple harmonic vibration or similar to simple harmonic vibration in a certain direction. When the acceleration of its vibration achieves some certain value, the materials will make continuous and small throws or slides along the transmission direction in the feeding trough body, which causes the forward motion and transmission of the materials.
