Furthermore, the system is meticulously designed with a robust coupling, a powerful motor, and sophisticated electric instruments, all working in perfect harmony to ensure optimal performance and durability.Installation Instructions3.3.1 The compressor base is expertly set upon the foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims under the base to deftly adjust the unit's level.Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons. After expertly leveling the unit, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points for optimal stability.Users must custom manufacture and install the wedge to suit their unique circumstances. Ensure the contact surface is impeccably finished for even distribution.The inclined plane contact must be precise, considering the wedge iron's bearing capacity should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2).3.3.2 Utilize a precision level for accuracy. Unit leveling demands: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal exactness of 0.10/1000mm.Maintain absolute precision in both the axial and horizontal planes for flawless operation.3.3.3 Perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Adhere to these precise preparatory steps:1) Safety first: Turn off the main power supply.2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield to access the components.3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to proceed with alignment.4) Ensure the motor's installation plane is impeccably flat, free of debris, dirt, and any obstructions.5) Motor bolt holes should exceed bolt size, allowing fine adjustments to the motor position with ease.6) Stock up on stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. Gaskets must be pristine, flat, and free of attachments – avoid using long, thin gaskets.7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (customer-provided) boasting 0.01mm accuracy.8) Secure a robust bracket to precisely support the dial indicator as per the illustration provided.9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator setup, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.10) Expertly adjust bolts around motor feet to align compressor and motor center lines. Max deviation: outer circle 0.05mm (motor shaft center should exceed compressor's low-speed shaft), coupling end 0.03~0.05mm.11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and meticulously review outer circle runout and coupling end face runout for precision.;12) Post-idling motor test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section for seamless operation.3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and casing alignment adjustments, securely tighten the anchor bolts. After any operational trial, loosen and retighten to ensure stability.3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation demands pristine conditions; any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible damage. Ensure inlet/outlet pipelines are immaculate, adhering to steam corrosion grade requirements. Consider installing a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet for added protection.3.3.6 Expertly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to integrate pipeline accessories.
