Product Description Paperless recorder parametersIn the automated production control system, the operator sets the quantity of raw materials to be added in the host of the TP700 data recorder, clicks on the start button, and the host will issue a command to start the pump, open the electric valve, start the reactor for stirring, and start the heating device at the same time. At this time, the data recorder uses the data of the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor to calculate and control the speed of the inverter to control the stirring motor and the speed of the valve to add raw materials. After the host system collects the flow data of the raw materials through the connected electromagnetic flowmeter and reaches the standard, the TP700 multi-channel data recorder will give a relay signal to start and close the pump and valve to stop adding materials. After the reactor reaction is completed, the heating device is turned off.
