Straight pipe sections should precede and follow the sensor, maintaining lengths of 15-20D upstream and 5-10D downstream.2.Ensure the pipes adjacent to the liquid sensor are filled with the medium being measured.3.Avoid installing the sensor on pipelines subject to strong mechanical vibrations.4.The inner diameter of the straight pipe should closely match the sensor diameter. If exact matching is impossible, use a pipe with a slightly larger diameter, maintaining an error margin of ≤3% and not exceeding 5mm. Refrain from placing sensors in areas with strong electromagnetic interference, confined spaces, or where maintenance is challenging..5.Horizontal pipeline installation is the most frequent method for flow sensors. For gas flow with minimal liquid content, mount the sensor at a higher pipeline point. For liquid flow with minimal gas content, position the sensor at a lower pipeline point.6.For vertical pipelines: When measuring gas flow, the sensor can be installed on a vertical pipeline with no directional flow restrictions. If the gas contains some liquid, ensure the flow is from bottom to top. For liquid flow, also maintain bottom-to-top flow to prevent additional weight on the probe.7.Side installation on horizontal pipelines: Suitable for all fluids including superheated steam, saturated steam, and low-temperature liquids.
