Meanwhile, compact structure design can save installation space.Ice thickness and hollow part size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. Under PLC program control system to work automatically, the machine has high capacity, low-power consumption and minimal maintenance.Product Features1) The ice tube looks like hollow cylinder. Tube ice outer diameter is 20mm, 28mm, 34mm, 40mm; tube ice length: 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm. The inner diameter can be adjusted according to the ice making time.Usually it's between 5mm-10mm.2) The mainframe adopts SUS304 stainless steel. It can put the food directly into the production room which cover a small area, low production cost, high frozen efficiency, save energy, short installation period and easy to operate. 3) The ice is quite thick and transparent, beautiful, long storage, not easy to melt, fine permeability.4) Main application: daily using, vegetable fresh-keeping, pelagic fishery fresh-keeping, chemical processing, building projects and other places need to use ice.The daily capacity of our ice cube machine vary form 1 ton to 30ton, and 3ton and 5ton are the most populars for the starters. If you will install the machine by yourself, we will provide the installation guidance step by step until you installed the machine successfully.2. If you need our engineer to assist the installation, provide technical support and train your workers on site. 1) You should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer. 2) Before our engineer arrived at your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery. 3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard.
