Product DescriptionDUCTILE IRON JACKING PIPEDatong casting pipe has high toughness, casting ductile iron is one alloy combining iron, carbon, and silicon, and the lead exists in the form of globosity dissociating status in casting iron, which is totally different from regular casting iron with big amount of piece-shaped lead. Casting ductile iron has iron essence and steel performance.Product specification: DN80-DN2600.Interface form: Currently, the company uses the Tshape sliding type form.Lining material: Portland cement(high aluminum cement, epoxy paint, and epoxy porcelain)External anti-corrosion coating: zinc spray( ≥ 130 g/m2), and bitumen paint.High-quality raw materials, internationally leading production processes, advanced laboratory analysis, strict quality control measures, and 100% high-pressure water testing ensure the mechanical properties and service life of each zinc-sprayed ductile iron pipe.The production process of ductile iron is fundamentally similar to that of other cast irons, yet it demands more stringent annealing procedures. This is because ductile iron pipes form brittle cementite during the cooling and solidification process, which must be eliminated through the annealing process. Only by rigorously removing the brittle cementite via the annealing process can ductile iron achieve its superior properties, ensuring its safety and durability.
