When the liquid meets the baffles, some change the moving direction and some pass the baffles from around.The left part of the anchor mixer moves the liquid upwards and the right part moves it downwards. Because of the two opposite forces by the agitator, the liquid rolls over the vessel from top to bottom and back to top repeatedly. When the liquid is completely mixed and blended, the heat from the jacket is quickly transferred to every part through the inside wall.The production process: The treatment equipment for softening water is connected with water faucet to make treated water flow into mixing tank. At same time, the raw materials are gradually put into mixing tank to begin production. When the production is finished, the liquid soap will be transported to storage tank. The filling machine is connected with storage tank. Meanwhile, an air pump is connected with filling machine. The worker set the outlet volume for filling machine in advance, a certain volume of liquid soap can flow into the bottle.
