Product Description Flat Plate Solar CollectorFlat Plate Solar Collector for Solar Water Heater:A flat plate solar collector is a heat exchanger device which coverts the solar radiation energy into thermal energy to heating the hot water for bathing,washing and heating. Components of Flat Plate Solar CollectorAbsorbing plate:It is the main parts of the collector,it is a component inside the collector that captures solar radiation. The absorbing plate converts the solar power into thermal power. The plate is coating with absorbing coating for working.Currently our company has two type : Black Chrome and Blue Titanium.Riser and Passages: There are Two Main Passages and 7 pcs risers insider the collector, The passages and risers are welded as Unit for fluid circulation use. The risers are welded with absorbing plate. The absorbing plate can conduct the heat indirectly to risers .Insulation and Cover: Insulation minimises the heat loss from absorbing plate .It is placed on the side and back of the collector. Cover made of tempered glass which play role to protect the collector and improve the absorbing ability .Casing: The casing acts as a resting closure of the components of the flat plate solar collector ,it is made up of aluminum alloy and holds all elements in place.Types of working way of Flat Plate Solar CollectorThe Flat plate Solar Collector mainly works wtih tank for storage heating. There are two system: Passitive system and Active system.Passitive system we can call thermosyphone hot water system,The flat plate solar collector transfer the heat to tank by natural gravity. Fluid (water ,glycol ) from inlet is heated and become lighter density compare to non-heated fluid, this lighter density will go up to the outlet and heavier fluid will go down to inlet of collector . This thermosyphone priciple continue to happen until sun down . Our topic flat plate solar collector thermosyphone heater for your checking as below:Pressurized with enamel double tank system : Inner tank is enameled and second tank as jacket for inner tank. The glycol will circulate from collector to jacket to heat inner tank hot water. Pressurized with chrome (stainless steel 304 or 316 inner tank): Inner tank adopt 304-2B food grade or 316L stainlesss steel . Water circulates betwen collector and tank directly for heat exchange. Feature: The ports are design at back of tank ,suitable for slope roof plumbing job. Non-pressurized with chrom inner tank (304-2B or 316L stainless steel) : open loop type system . System open working at atmosphere pressure. Active flat plate solar collector system : Differ from the termosphone system, the circulation is not depends on nature gravity , it is actived by circulation pump . Pump works when the temperature difference achieve the setted valve, the heat will be exchanged between flat plate solar collector and storage tank . Tank can be with coil as heat exchanger for indirectly heat exchange or without coil for directly heat exchange.Topic active flat plate solar collector system as below:Split Pressurized flat plate solar water heater system with heat exchanger: Tank with copper coil(s) as heat exchanger ,system active with a workstation which combinated with circulation pump,controller, safety valve,pressure guage,expansion tank.Split pressurized flat plate solar heating system without heat exchanger: Tank designed without coil ,and no external heat exchanger is applied to system. System is drived by simple circulation pump and a controller,if system is too big ,a expansion tank will be considered as pressure balance device.Non-presurized flat plate solar hot water system,compare to the pressurized system ,it is open loop system. Tank is non-pressurized with air vent ,so it is connected to the atmosphere. System runs without pressure. Because it is economic , it is widely applied to big project.
