Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionFour-column Hydraulic PressOverview and Applications of the Four-Column, Three-Beam Hydraulic PressThe YD32 series four-column hydraulic press is engineered for a broad spectrum of forming operations, including punching, drawing, and cold or hot forming of sheet metal, as well as compression molding of malleable materials (bending, extruding, flanging, coining). It is equally effective for powder compaction, press-fitting, and component assembly. Available tonnage options range from 5 to 500 tons, ensuring a precise match for every application.Product Features:Structural Features and Performance – Four-Column, Three-Beam Hydraulic Press 1.The machine consists of two main assemblies: the press frame and the control system. The frame adopts a three-beam, four-column construction, comprising the bed, the main cylinder, and the intermediate slide. 2.Each press is equipped with an independent hydraulic power unit and electrical control system. Push-button centralized control provides three operating modes: set-up, manual, and semi-automatic. Working pressure, pressing speed, fast-approach speed, and deceleration stroke are all infinitely adjustable to suit specific process requirements. 3.Optional configurations include ejector with dwell and automatic return, blanking cushion, light-curtain safety guard, and stroke-pressure monitoring devices.Product Parameter:The parameters listed in the table may change due to improvements without further notice.
