Laid magnetic stripe is scratch free, crease free and tight due to special made laying wheel and complete device heating system. Different format is easy to switch. Well designed and manufactured structure and components make the transportation and clamping of layers smooth and no scratch on layers.Top laying accuracy in the market. Magnetic foil protective tape been collected automatically. The machine runs with stable performance 24 hours×7 days. Equipped with a magnetic stripe buffer device to control the magnetic stripe tension and ensure the normal discharge of the magnetic stripe.Overall heating, the temperature adjustment range is 100~300oC. Specially treated laying wheel makes magnetic strip can be compacted without adhering to the surface of the wheel. Each laying wheel pressure can be adjusted independently.
