It gets its name from its shape, which resembles an eagle's beak. Hydraulic shears provide power through the hydraulic system to realize the movement of the cutter head and the opening and closing of the clamping groove. When the operating handle or control valve is activated, hydraulic oil will enter the cylinder and push the piston to move, thereby driving the movement of the cutter head and clamping groove.
