The MWP-38 orbital tube to tubesheet welding equipment, with the function of automatic arc length, can meet the welding of different pipe fittings.MWP-38 consists of a welding head and a control power supply. The control power supply comes with a cooling water circulation system, which has good cooling effect and is characterized by digitization, easy operation, and high reliability.The head of the MWP-38 welding torch adopts a closed protective cover structure, argon arc self-contained welding process. The welding process is pure, and the gas protection is excellent.The welding torch is cooled by circulating water, with a high duty cycle, stable and reliable operation without heat for a long time. Under the same conditions, different pipe diameters can be welded without readjusting the welding parameters only byinputting the pipe diameter size. The welding torch is fixed by an internal expansion pneumatic core. Different expansion cores can be replaced according to the inner diameter of the pipe fittings, which is convenient and reliable.It also has the functions of speed measurement feedback and voltage supply, ensuring accurate welding speed and improving welding quality.
