Product Description Horizontal Concealed Ceiling Exposed Cassette Chilled Water Fan Coil 1. Ceiling concealed fan coil brief descriptionThe ceiling concealed fan coil units are of low noise, light weight, compact and low height construction. It is specially designed to cater for today's low ceiling height residence, offices, light commercial applications and new or existing building air-conditioning. All fan coil units are completely factory packaged with blower fan, motor, chilled water coil, circuited and terminated pipe connections. All fan coils are completely factory assembled and ready for field installation.2. Ceiling concealed fan coil unit main components(1) Fan Fans are double inlets multi-blade centrifugal type. All fans are statically and dynamically balanced.(2) MotorSingle-phase motors are suitable for different voltages, such as 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V. All motors have 10 percent voltage utilization range and wired to unit terminal box. Motors are designed for long life.(3) Drain panDray pan is integrally attached to coil casings and ended with drain hose. All pans are galvanized for corrosion resistance and cover the entire coil.(4) Water coilCoils are 3-row as standard design together with 4-row design as option. High efficient hydrophilic aluminum fins are mechanically bonded to seamless copper tubes. All coils are specifically designed and circuited for water use. All coils are tested at 3.3MPa.(5) CasingCasing are constructed of heavy gauge steel. Interior surface of unit panels are acoustically and thermally insulated with polyethylene foam.Units are furnished as standard with a 1 inch duct collar to facilitate connection of the supply air duct.(6) Return air plenum (optional)The fan coil unit shall be factory installed return air plenum that encloses the fan section of the unit. No field fabrication is required. The return air arrangement is adaptable between bottom or rear return of the plenum.(7) Washable filter (optional)Filter should be accessible from return air grille.3. Ceiling concealed fan coil unit features(1) Excellent performanceAir flow capacities from 200 to 1400 CFM, 2-pipe or 4-pipe system combinations, economical, 3-speed fans deliver the right amount of conditioned air for comfort needs at any load.(2) High reliabilityCoils are factory leak tested at 3.3MPa air pressure with coil submerged in water. Base units are CE certified for European standards. Unit casing meets requirements for flame and smoke generation.(3) Easy maintenanceRemovable panels make access to components and connections easy. Cleanable filters available.Label information adhered to each unit includes model, cooling capacity, electrical information.(4) Simple installationPiping, drain and wiring connections are readily accessible. Ceiling concealed fan coil installation instruction(1) Air duct must be fireproof regulations for buildings.(2) For horizontal air supply, N≥150 MM; if air duct is longer than 1 m, N≥200 mm.(3) Size of M depends on air duct installation. Pressure loss of circulatory air must be consistent with outlet static pressure of the unit.11.
