Product Description Product DescriptionHigh Alumina Honeycomb Ceramic Proppant Filter For Catalyst Support Product IntroductionHoneycomb ceramic proppant is divided into two types according to the material, physical and chemical properties and active ingredients of the product, type A and type B. The common point of two type are the same appearance, differences are that Proppant A type, main ingredient is Al2O3, with high compressive strength, so that can keep good supporting effect.Type B honeycomb proppant, raw material add CoMo, NiMo precious metal component, has a very good activity,plays better in hydrogenation hydrogen production device for protection and catalyst. Due to the unique processing technology and formula, the mullite/alumina corundum is in a microcrystalline state, which makes it on the basis of the original prostatic protective agent, increase the active ingredients, play a pre-hydrogenation effect, and its acid resistance and alkali resistance is much better than the general porcelain ball.Function: Bed support: Nest mesh proppant uses a-phase activated alumina (corundum type) as raw material to ensure the compressive strength of the product. The extrusion process is strictly followed to ensure the integrity of the nest mesh proppant.
