Normally copper percentage varies from 10%-40%. Combining with tungsten's high hardness, high temperature resistance and copper's good thermal conductivity and excellent machinability, tungsten copper rods are widely used for different application like EDM machining, power electricity, resistance welding and plasma spray. We produce CLASS 10 (1W3, 5W3), CLASS 11 (10W3), and CLASS 12 (30W3). Normally copper tungsten Class 10 is used as facings or inserts for projection welding electrodes and flash and butt welding dies where high electrical conductivity is desirable and a degree of malleability is necessary.Tungsten copper class 11 is harder than class 10 for it has a higher content of tungsten.
