Product Description SIGNI Corrugated Roller Polishing Wheel Polishing processing parameters :Cylinder pressure = 0.5 MPa;polishing wheel speed = 2850 rpm;Roller material: tungsten carbide (WC).Tungsten carbide layer hardness :HV1150, porosity = 0.35, coating thickness = 0.06mm, Roughness after Polishing : Ra = 0.2-0.3Thickness of tungsten carbide layer removed after polishing: <0.01mm.Description of spraying process:Tungsten carbide powder (particle size = 5-30 micron) is melted at high temperature (3700 °C). Then Spray body using supersonic spraying gun with spray speed of 570 m/min, so that tungsten carbide layer is formed between tungsten powder and body .
