The Carcass material of belt is PE/EE, which has excellent qualities like high strength, anti-acid/alkali/petrol/low and high temperature, and the most outstanding feature is low elongation rate under specified load, this can make sure the fabric is not easy to deform.According to different working conditions, rubber cover material can use different formulas then to meet different needs. Belt shaping and vulcanization are done in a single operation without the need for an additional splicing step, significantly enhancing belt straightness performance stability.Grooves are cutted or molded into top cover of rubber filter belt, and in the specific middle, there will be drainage holes. When working with vacuum pump, filtrate can go to vacuum box through these holes.
