The dewaxing and deoiling process is ingeniously integrated within a single apparatus to simultaneously produce dewaxed oil and paraffin. Solvent dewaxing begins with wax-laden raw oil, where a selective solvent induces crystallization by reducing the temperature. This separation leverages the solvent's ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax insoluble, thus forming distinct solid-liquid phases. Through meticulous filtration, the wax and oil are separated with precision. Apart from selective dissolution, the solvent also reduces the oil's viscosity, facilitating optimal conditions for crystallization and effective filtration. Key factors influencing this process include the solvent's properties and composition, the quantity and method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and water content in the solvent.2. During production, solvent recovery from the filtrate and wax is crucial. This is achieved through double-effect or triple-effect evaporation systems, where both low and high-pressure towers are operational simultaneously, ensuring efficient flash and stripping.3. Over time, solvent cycles lead to increased water content. To address this, the solvent undergoes a drying process within a specialized drying tower system, ensuring it remains effective for continued use.4. The crucial cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution in the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device occur within a state-of-the-art horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools progressively with the aid of a rotating scraper, guiding the crystallization process to completion.5. Once crystallization is complete, the solution enters a vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump efficiently extracts the solvent and oil. The wax adheres to a vacuum filter drum and is subsequently scraped off. Given the residual solvent in the wax and oil, an extraction tower is employed to recover the solvent.6. The final stage involves refining and molding the wax. This process begins in a mixing tank where solvent-laden wax is treated with clay for refining. Following this, an automatic slag filter separates the clay from the wax, resulting in refined wax. This wax is then shaped in a forming machine.
