Product Description Product Description GD-7900 Coal Well Gas Chromatography Tester Coal mining, as one of the easiest natural resources to extract, is a priority in many countries. However, during the mining process, accidents are frequent due to negligent or improper operation or failure to analyse the working environment of the mine in advance. GD-7900 applies gas chromatography analysis technology to analyse various gas products in the process of spontaneous combustion and warming of coal seams, and predicts the natural ignition process of coal seams. In practical application, CO, C2H4 and C2H6 are used as the main indicators to predict the spontaneous combustion process of coal seam (slow oxidation, accelerated oxidation and intense oxidation stage), and other alkane gas components are the auxiliary indicators. The reduced values of O2, C2H2, C2H4 and CO components are used as the indicators for judging the degree of extinguishment of the closed fire zone, so that we can master the trend of the natural ignition of the coal seam, and guide the mine to adopt corresponding anti-fire measures in a targeted way. Adopting corresponding fire prevention measures to achieve the purpose of early prediction and forecasting of the natural fire status of coal seams and the opening and closing of fire zones.Products Features* High efficiency and stable operation.* Microcomputer automatic control valve sampling, feeding, blowback and reset.* Adopting three pre-columns and three stainless steel packed columns, effectively preventing cross-contamination of the columns and ensuring long-term uninterrupted work of the whole set of instruments.* A three-detector process is used: a thermal conductivity detector, a hydrogen flame detector, and the addition of a reformer. According to the amount of methane content can automatically change the sensitivity of the hydrogen flame detector, to avoid high methane content masking the trace components after methane.* Within 4-8 minutes, one injection can complete the analysis of gas explosion gas constants (O2, N2, CH4, CO, CO2, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2) in the mine. One injection can complete the analysis of the whole components of the gas explosion gas and the identification of the degree of explosion danger in 10 minutes.* Equipped with standard multi-component gas mixture in 4/8 litre aluminium bottles.* Equipped with special chromatography workstation for mine gas analysis. Alarm values for various gas concentrations and alkene ratios can be set, and alarms can be automatically generated for methane and oxygen concentrations entering the gas explosion triangle. The results of both automatic and manual sampling can be stored in the database. Historical data or trend graphs can be printed (or queried) in the database by time or sampling location, and the distance between the gas explosion triangle and historical data can be displayed.* It can realise 1-48 way on-line automatic analysis, through laying pipeline the instrument can take samples automatically according to the cycle, and carry out monitoring and automatic calibration of process sample gas without manual calibration.
