Product Description Description:The disc continuous dryer is a highly efficient conductive drying system, renowned for its unique structure and operating principle. It offers exceptional thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, a compact footprint, straightforward configuration, easy operation and control, and a favorable operating environment.Operational Principle:Wet materials are continuously introduced from the feeder onto the first layer drying plate at the top of the dryer. Here, a rotating rake arm with rake blades continuously flips the materials, guiding them along an exponential spiral across the drying tray. Materials transition from small to large drying trays, alternating between layers, ensuring continuous flow through the entire dryer.The hollow drying plates, filled with heating mediums like saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, or high-temperature molten salt, heat the materials efficiently. Dried materials fall from the last layer to the aggregate tray and are finally moved by rake blades to the discharge port. Moisture evaporates and exits via the dehumidification port or vacuum port on the top cover.
