This process simultaneously produces dewaxed oil and paraffin by utilizing solvent dewaxing. The method involves cooling wax-laden raw oil in the presence of a selective solvent. This innovative approach induces the wax to crystallize solidly, leveraging the solvent's ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax less soluble or even insoluble. This forms a distinct solid-liquid phase, and through an advanced filtration process, effectively separates wax from oil. Our system not only benefits from selective dissolution but also enhances the oil's flow by reducing viscosity, paving the way for optimal crystallization and filtration. Key determinants of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling effectiveness include solvent properties and composition, solvent dosage, addition techniques, cooling rates, and water content in the solvent.2. Our cutting-edge recovery system ensures that solvents within the filtrate and wax are recycled efficiently. Employing double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, the system is designed to maximize recovery through meticulous low and high-pressure tower operations, often involving flash and stripping methods for heightened efficacy.3. Over time, as solvent cycles continue, the water content inside gradually rises, necessitating entry into a sophisticated drying tower system. This process expertly removes moisture, delivering a dry, rejuvenated solvent ready for optimal reuse.4. The cooling and crystallization journey of the raw material solution in the solvent dewaxing and deoiling system is masterfully executed within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Through a meticulously controlled cooling process along pipes equipped with a rotating scraper, the solution is gradually transformed, crystallizing efficiently throughout its forward flow.5. Upon crystallization, the raw material solution transitions into a vacuum filter. Here, the solvent and oil are adeptly extracted using a vacuum pump, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. With precision rotation, the wax is scraped away, and due to the presence of solvent in both wax and oil, they are directed into an extraction tower for comprehensive solvent recovery.6. During wax refining and molding, the solvent-laden wax is introduced to a mixing tank, where clay refining takes place. This is followed by an automatic slag filter, separating wax from clay to produce refined wax. This refined wax is then channeled into specialized forming machines.
