This advanced system efficiently produces dewaxed oil and high-grade paraffin by leveraging selective solvent technology. The process begins with wax-laden raw oil which, when combined with a selective solvent, is cooled to induce solid wax crystallization. The unique properties of the solvent allow it to dissolve oils while leaving waxes insoluble, thereby facilitating a solid-liquid phase separation. Through meticulous filtration, the separation of wax and oil is achieved. Crucially, the solvent not only dissolves selectively but also reduces oil viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystallization and filtration. Factors influencing this solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the properties and composition of the solvent, the method and quantity of solvent addition, the cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.2, In the production process, it's vital to recycle the solvent found in both the filtrate and wax. Employing a sophisticated double-effect or triple-effect evaporation system, the solvent recovery process requires synchronized operation of both the low-pressure and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping stages.3, Over time, the recycled solvent accumulates water content, necessitating its passage through the drying tower system. This crucial step effectively removes excess water and thoroughly dries the solvent, maintaining its efficacy for future cycles.4. Within the horizontal sleeve crystallizer, the cooling and crystallization of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling raw material solution is expertly executed. As the solution progresses through the pipe, aided by a rotating scraper, it gradually cools and crystallizes, ensuring optimal efficiency in the process.5, The crystallized raw material solution is then channeled into the vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump extracts the solvent and oil. Wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum and, through rotation, is expertly scraped off. Given that both wax and oil contain solvent, they are subsequently transferred to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.6, In the wax refining and molding phase, the solvent-laden wax is introduced into a mixing tank where clay is added for refinement. This mixture is then processed through an automatic slag filter to separate the wax from clay, resulting in refined wax. The refined wax is further processed in a forming machine.
