Our advanced deoiling and dewaxing process is an integrated system that simultaneously produces high-quality dewaxed oil and refined paraffin. The solvent dewaxing technique involves the innovative use of wax-laden raw oil, selectively treated with solvent to lower temperatures, inducing wax crystallization. This sophisticated method ensures the separation of oil and wax through solvent-induced solid-liquid phase formation, followed by precision filtration. The solvent not only selectively dissolves but also reduces oil viscosity, optimizing crystallization and facilitating seamless filtration. Key process influencers include solvent properties, composition, quantity, addition technique, cooling rate, and solvent moisture content, all meticulously calibrated for unparalleled efficiency.2. During production, the solvent-infused filtrate and wax undergo an eco-friendly recycling process. The filtrate and wax recovery system employ double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, demanding synchronized operation of both low and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping phases.3. As the solvent cycles, its moisture level rises, necessitating a transition to the drying tower system for effective dehydration and solvent purification.4. The sophisticated cooling and crystallization of solvent dewaxing and deoiling occur within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution undergoes a gradual cooling and crystallization journey, driven by a rotating scraper within the pipe, ensuring robust and efficient processing.5. Upon crystallization, the raw material solution proceeds to a state-of-the-art vacuum filter. A vacuum pump efficiently extracts solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum, ready for removal by rotational scraping. As the wax and oil retain solvent, they are directed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.6. In the wax refining and molding stage, the solvent-laden wax enters a mixing tank for clay treatment, followed by the automatic slag filter, achieving perfect separation of wax and clay. The resulting refined wax is then processed in forming machines, with a choice between grain wax and wax block molders.
