Product Description 1250 PP Automatic Filter Press Price For Wastewater Sludge Press Product Description This filter press is for wastewater sludge press. The Chamber filter press can be manual, semi-automatic, or automatic handling. The filter chamber of the box filter press is composed of two adjacent concave filter plates.Detailed Photos Working PrincipleHow to work: The surface of the filter plate has pits and bosses to support the filter cloth. There are handles on both sides of the filter plate, which are supported on the beam, and the filter plate is pressed by the pressing device. The filter cloth between the filter plates acts as a seal. Under the pressure of the feeding pump, the material liquid that needs to be filtered is sent to each filter chamber, and the solid and liquid are separated through the filter medium (select the appropriate filter cloth according to different industries). A filter residue is formed on the filter cloth until the filter chamber is filled to form a filter cake. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows along the groove of the filter plate to the lower outlet hole channel for centralized discharge. After the filtration is completed, the filter residue can be washed with clear washing water. After washing, compressed air is sometimes introduced to remove the remaining washing liquid.
