The machine adopts a microcomputer to set the length, and the cutting length is accurate; the touch screen is convenient to adjust the data.The paper tube cutting is performed by a tungsten steel round blade. The machine adopts a dedicated operating system, which makes the operation easier. The three-axis cutting method is adopted to reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency. The three shafts have three functions respectively, an upper pipe shaft, a pipe cutting shaft, and a pipe unloading shaft. Such reciprocating operation reduces downtime, improves efficiency and reduces the workload of operators to wear pipes. The operator only needs to transport the paper tube to the paper tube blanking rack of the machine. After unloading the pipe, the conveyor belt sends it away.
