Product Description Product DescriptionThe particle online monitoring system is used to record the existence state of the suspended particle in air of the key area in the production line.It can automatically and continuously monitor and record the distribution of the size and quantity of the suspended particle in the monitoring environment,and produce reports at the same time.When the state of the particle in the monitoring environment exceeds the alarm limit and the rectification limit,the system can automatically stimulate the acousto-optic alarm, to inform the related personnel to deal with,thus help ensure that the particle state is normal in the key environment of the monitoring,and to ensure the smooth production. This system is established according to the related standard of the GMP,and according to the requirement and standard of the EU and GMP.Mainly contain the parts as following: Y09-SS suspended particles monitoring transmitter, Vaccum system(containing double pump which complement each other,air storage tank,and filter) Alarm system(containing alarm limit and the rectification limit),alarm handling,results analysis,recording and print. Industrial control software recording report,curve generation,monthly report(curve),yearly report(curve).Characteristics of the system.1.The transmitter is very close to the evenly speed sampling port and they are in one, reflect the dynamic change of the environment at real time.2.As the transmitter and the evenly speed sampling port are in one, if transmitter is inspected, there is no need to inspect the evenly speed sampling tube, reduce the inspect content.3.System use two sampling pump to trade off, make the vacuum of the vacuum container in a standard value, decrease the consumption and extend the life time of vacuum pump when test the flow rate.4.System use the vacuum container to make sure the sampling flow rate is constant.There is flow sensors test 3the sampling flow rate in each path, and it can change the sampling data into the data of 1m.5.System adopts the air flow box to separate the main vacuum tube into sampling tube of each sampling port, make it easy to commissioning, inspect and maintainance.6.PLC is applied in the control system, and it is very easy to extend the system, add the sampling port arbitrarily, and also can assemble the inspection of sampling, wind speed, pressure, temperature and humidity together.
