It is mainly composed of the following systems, which work together to achieve efficient production of concrete:### **I. Raw material storage system**It is used to store various raw materials required for concrete production, usually including:1. **Aggregate silo (sand, stone, etc.)**- Generally, it is a storage silo with steel structure or concrete structure, which is divided into multiple silos according to the type of aggregate (such as coarse aggregate, fine aggregate). Some mixing plants are equipped with electronic metering devices to accurately control the amount of aggregate.- Some large mixing plants are equipped with belt conveyors or loaders to transport aggregates from the storage silo to the metering system.### **II. Measuring system**Accurate weighing of raw materials is the core link to ensure the accuracy of concrete mix ratio, including:1. **Aggregate metering**- Use electronic belt scales, batching scales or weighing sensors to weigh aggregates such as sand and stone according to the set ratio. The weighing accuracy is usually controlled within ±2%.### **III. Mixing system**The measured raw materials are mixed evenly into concrete.
