The equipped high-performance hydraulic dust collecting system meets the latest environmental protection regulations and it's a reliable solution to realize the modern green mining.Maintenance-fee feeding system:Double locked hydraulic motor not only guarantees the stable output of high torque, but also features a longer service life than worm drive.Applied with more advanced technology, it' s a new generation product that doesn' t need routine lubrication maintenance.Rotation unit system:Compared to the spur gearbox, the all new planetary gearbox has a more compact structure, larger gear reduction ratio, higher torque transmission efficiency, and runs more smoothly. Without the need of vibration damper, lowered failure rate means less routine maintenance cost. It also reduces pipe-stuck situations in unconsolidated formations and has a higher hole completion rate. The imported seals for the rotation unit is with extraordinary performance and long service life.Polymer liner plates are high resistant to abrasion, no need lubricating grease so the maintenance is easy and convenient.Manganese steel-made sliding rail of the feed boom has high strength structure ano superior resistance to wear.Air compressor:The high-output Atlas Copco air compressor delivers pressure of 17bar and FAD of 17m3/min.Powerful and reliable, it suits rock formations of various hardness and offers high penetration rate with ease.Power train:The water-cooled EFI turbo engine offers more power, consumes less fuel and complies with the National III emission standard.
