Product DescriptionProduct DescriptionPurpose and CharacteristicsThis series of belt feeders is mainly used for feeding materials such as new sand, molding sand, and processed old sand in the casting workshop. For materials with large block sizes, iron impurities, and high grinding properties, they are not suitable for use. This machine has a large feeding capacity and is easy to adjust the feeding amount. It can provide continuous and uniform feeding, as well as quantitative feeding under the control of a time relay. According to the feeding direction, the machine can be divided into one-way feeding and double sound feeding; According to the installation form, it can be divided into seat type and hanging type. In order to ensure feeding accuracy, the active roller is coated with rubber to increase the friction coefficient between the tape and the active roller. The size of the rectangular discharge port in the silo is large, and the material should not arch. The machine has a compact structure and is reliable to use. It has many common components with belt conveyors, making maintenance convenient. When in use, in order to reduce the pressure exerted on the feeder by the materials in the silo, a pressure relief plate should be installed at the silo mouth.structureThis machine consists of a transmission device, a tensioning device, a cleaning device, a roller, a frame, a gate, a conveyor belt, and a skirt type guide groove. 1. The transmission device adopts a shaft mounted reduction motor, and the output shaft drives the transmission drum to rotate. 2. The reduction motor is a KA series shaft mounted three-phase asynchronous reduction motor, which is directly integrated with a Y series dedicated three-phase asynchronous motor and a reducer. The reducer is a closed type, and the gears are lubricated by splashing oil inside the gearbox. 3. The skirt type guide grooves on both sides of the machine not only prevent the scattering of materials, but also serve as a seal for the materials. The skirt plate is made of rubber and can be adjusted up and down. 4. To increase the friction between the drum and the tape, the outer layers of the two drums are coated with polyurethane rubber. 5. To reduce resistance and power consumption, all feeders use dense arrangement rollers. 6. Adjusting the height of the gate can change the feeding amount to meet different production requirements, but the thickness of the material layer must be controlled within the range of 50-200 millimeters. 7. Adjusting the tension roller can change both the tension of the tape and the wrapping angle of the tape, but the tension of the tape should mainly rely on adjusting the position of the two rollers to achieve the purpose of tension. 8. This machine can be installed above the large sand hopper of the sand mixer or below the large sand hopper that supplies sand to the molding machine. The size of the silo outlet (rectangular discharge port) is large, and the material should not arch. The overall flowability of the sand is good. 9. Regularly check the running position of the tape to ensure it runs in the center of the rack. 10. After running for a period of time, the new tape may stretch and needs to be tightened by tightening the bolts. 11. Immediately repair any scratches or peeling on the surface of the tape to extend its service life. 12. The bearing seat should be lubricated regularly. 13. The motor reducer should be refueled according to the fuel consumption situation. It should be replaced 400-500 hours after the first refueling, and after normal use, it should be replaced every 7-8 months. If it is found to be particularly dirty, the reducer should be thoroughly cleaned and refilled with oil. Gear lubricating oil uses No. 30 mechanical oil, and bearing lubrication uses calcium sodium based grease.Installation and debugging To reduce the pressure of materials on the belt feeder, it can be done at the discharge port above the feeder. Add a pressure relief plate as shown in Figure 4. The size b in the figure is determined according to the specific situation. In order to ensure uniform discharge of the feeder, the discharge port of the silo can have a tension angle in the direction of the tape as shown in Figure 5. If the feeder tilts downwards along the material running direction as shown in Figure 6, it can also have a good effect on reducing the starting torque and running torque. When disassembling and reassembling the cleaner, adjust the position of the scraper so that it is attached to the tape. Before the test operation, sufficient lubricating oil (grease) must be added to each lubrication part, and the two motors of the bidirectional feeder must have the same direction of rotation. After installation, run two shifts without load. During this period, constantly check for any abnormal phenomena or noise in various places.
