Glass Movement Buffer Function - A delay device is implemented when the second glass sheet of the external clamping section moves in, preventing collisions caused by inertia during movement. This device allows the glass to stop smoothly in the correct position.3. The backing plate for aluminum spacers larger than 18A can be pushed into position in one go, eliminating the need for repeated retraction or manual operation. This prevents collisions with the aluminum spacers and improves the efficiency of wide aluminum-slatted insulating glass.Inflatable Panel Press Section1. The panel press achieves high precision, utilizing a ball screw and bidirectional linear guide rails. The rear panel automatically guides and positions the panel, ensuring parallel pressing of the two panels. Adjustable pressure is provided based on the size of the insulating glass, and the hold time can be adjusted accordingly.2. A bottom-filling mode ensures uniform inflation and ensures fullness.
