Product Description This tempering furnace is a combined type. It is specially designed for the customer who don't have big demand for production, and want to save the machine cost. This glass tempering furnace could make both sidelite single curved tempered glass and backlite curved tempered glass.This glass tempering furnace is used to produce the tempered glass for Automotive Backlite & Sidelite. It is combination type, there is single curvature bent section and multiple curvature bent section in this machine. The single curvature bending no need mould, but the multiple curvature bending need mould.This furnace is used for the customers who mainly provide the glass for aftermarket. There are many glass type, but the order demand is not big. With this combination, it could reduce the space and cost greatly.1. Supply Scope: 1.1. Loading/unloading section 1.2. Heating section (Vesuvius ceramic roller; force convection system at top oven, as optional) 1.3. Flat tempering section1.4. Bent tempering section (we have best technology)1.5. Unloading/loading section1.6. Blower system (Schneider or Siemens Blower Inverter) 1.7. Electrical & control system (with Siemens PLC)1.8. Spare parts as listed in appendix1.9. Technical documents6. Brief Introduction of Main Sections6.1. Loading table 6.1.1. Size: pls see the attached layout6.1.2. Roller diameter and quantity: as final design6.1.3. Roller distance: as final design6.1.4. Positioning device to guarantee the right position according to glass shape6.1.5. Material of roller: there are two kinds of roller, one is the rubber coated roller; one is the steel roller with kevlar rope which near to the oven door.6.1.6. The first roller is free of operation, which is easy for loading the glass6.1.7. Side rubber-coated rollers are used for loading the glass of large size6.1.8. Equipped with elevating table with castors, using cylinder up and down mechanical system to lift and lower down the four angles of the loading table at the same time.6.1.9. During loading, the photoelectric sensor will measure and record the length of the glass entering the furnace.6.1.10. Driving system with the frequency inverters.6.1.11. The range of running velocity adjusting: 100-600mm/s6.1.12. The foot switch is easy to operate6.2. Cooling section (08L) for sidelite6.2.1. Size: pls see the attached layout6.2.2. Materials: aluminum-alloy wheel with kevlar rope6.2.3. Cooling fan quantity: as final design6.2.4. This section is for further cooling the glass which come from the bending forming section (09L) to cool the glass completely for easy unloading. 6.3. Bending forming section (08L) for sidelite6.3.1. Size: pls see the attached layout6.3.2. Bending type: crosswise (rigid shaft type)6.3.3. Without any mould. The forming method is automatic quench transmutation.6.3.4. Materials: aluminum-alloy wheel with fiber rope6.3.5. As separated structure, the cooling quench for bent tempering are fixed among the rollers and made actions for deformation accordingly. The cooling air is blown in from the grid back through heat resistant soft hose.6.3.6. The process for glass curvature forming is controlled by computer. You can input the needed radius data to computer, then required glass will be produced accordingly. But some time, for the new radius, you should make some mini-adjustment manually at the first time.6.3.7. Fixed length swinging and reciprocating swinging during the whole process6.3.8. There is sensor for glass length measuring.6.3.9. It is very easy to change the glass with different thickness or radius. 6.4. Heating section (Furnace)6.4.1. Size: pls see the attached layout6.4.2. Roller distance: as final design6.4.3. Ceramic roller quantity: as final design6.4.4. Heating elements quantity: as final design6.4.5. Equipped with compressed air jet system, which could ensure the much more homogeneous temperature, good quality, and suitable for more kinds of glass heating.6.4.6. Double-layer box type covered with high quality insulating materials. The upper furnace can freely move up and down by the roof lifting mechanism for easy maintenance.6.4.7. The upper and lower parts of the furnace are heated independently in each heating zone. Each heating zone has its thermocouple forming an independent control loop.6.4.8. Advanced matrix "talent control" process is unique and special designed for temperature control system, which ensure the precision and even/balance of temperature control to best state and situation.6.4.9. The ceramic rollers system is driven by round belt. Each ceramic roller is separately moved by individual belt, but all the belts are conveyed by same one set of transmission system, which can ensure simultaneous and stable running, and avoid the scratch and destroy of glass when above the rollers.6.4.10.The emergency cooling system on top of the furnace is used to cool down the oven quickly by the control button in operation panel when necessary, such as some failure occurs in heating oven, or maintains state.6.5. Forming section with mould(s) for backlite (08V)6.5.1 Supply scope6.5.1.1. Glass conveying system6.5.1.2. Glass support mould & pressing mould (if need)6.5.1.3. Heating & insulating system, which could keep temperature of the forming section so that the glass is formed in high temperature. 6.5.1.4. Forming chamber6.5.1.5. Glass mould and pressing mould are drive by Servo System which can insure accuracy and stability.6.5.2. Working processAfter the heated glasses are conveyed to forming section, the glass mould which is waiting under the glass conveying system goes up and takes the glass onto the mould to form. For the glass of deep curvature, glass mould and press mould (one pair of mould) work together to form the glass; for the glass of shallow curvature, it is formed on the mould by gravity only. After the glass has been formed it is transferred to quenching section.6.6. Quenching section for backlite (08V)6.6.1. Supply scope6.6.1.1. the upper & lower quench, quenching system6.6.1.2. Mould carrier6.6.1.3. Mould conveying device6.6.1.4. Servo motors6.6.1.5. Conveyor rollers6.6.2. Working processThe mould conveying device drives the glass mould with formed glass to this section, the glass is tempered here. Then it is conveyed to transmission section. The conveying device, which is driven by Servo System, has liner rail that insure smooth and accurate movement. The conveying device will take the formed glass to this section. Then the lifting roller will lift the glass. then the conveying device go to the quenching section to take another formed glass, then the rollers will put the glass down to rollers and the rollers will send the glass to next section: Cooling section6.7 Cooling section for backlite (08L)Unloading section is composed of conveying roller and cooling device and etc.. Conveying rollers conveys the tempered glass out to cooling section for further cooling. Then the glass is conveyed to the end of unloading section and stop automatically. Operators unload the glass. 6.8. Unloading tableThe structure is same as the loading table. When the glass is transported to the end of conveyor, the rollers will stop automatically, and the glass could be taken away by hand.6.9. Blower system 6.9.1. Blower quantity: 3 sets6.9.2. Blower power: 280 kw x 1+ 200kw x2 6.9.3. Blower brand: Taixin, Taiwan-North brand6.9.4. Blower motor brand: Siemens6.9.5. Blower control cabinet6.9.6. Air collector, air ducts, etc.6.9.7. Blower room (supplied by the buyer), to be confirmed by the seller.6.9.8. The air volume in the upper quench and lower quench can be adjusted according to the production need, making the quality of tempered glass optimum. 6.9.9. With the inverter, the blower can work in different speed according to the technical requirements.6.10. Control systemSupplied by the seller, but the buyer should provide the control room with the necessary air conditioners inside.6.10.1. PLC: Simens.6.10.2. Industrial computer: Simens.6.10.3. UPS system which could provide the power for the computer system when the main power shut off suddenly to avoid any loose of data.6.10.4. Most the process parameters can be saved and called freely. When produce the required glass , at first time, the system will automatically save the data that have been set. If you want to make the same glass next time, all the related parameter can be called. 6.10.5. Controller for roller driving system, heating system, quenching system, cooling system.6.10.6. The abnormity alarming system would warn while trouble happens to indicate how to solve the trouble.6.10.7. The furnace has auto-heating function. After the shift of one day, the furnace would be in the standby mode. While the ceramic rollers are still running, and ahead of working time on the next morning, the system will start up to heat up to working temperature until the operator begins the production. 3.Special Technical Features:3.1. Ceramic plates installed at the top of oven, which could ensure more even heating, avoid dregs falling3.2. Ceramic rollers system driven by double/triple belts, which can ensure better simultaneous and stable running, and avoid the scratch and destroy of glass when above the rollers. It would not affect the running when any one of belt damaged.3. Same top quality insulating materials for whole heating oven4. Heating elements use the gapless design (parallelogram shape), which could make the heating more even. This could improve the finished product rate and better product quality.for force convection type, no need this design.And unequal interval of ceramic roller design5. Using ceramic support for heating elements, which could avoid earth to avoid heater trouble6. Upper and lower quenching could be moved separately, which is convenient to adjust the flatness of glass.7. Quenching use whole overall folding.8. More air in-let in quenching section, which guarantee more homogeneous air blowing.9. Upper cover of quenching section could be lifted up and down vertically through cylinder, which save place and easy for checking.10. Glass position could be displayed onto the main interface11. Intelligent design for glass coming-out from the quenching section, which could avoid crash in unloading section, and avoid that glass could not come out from heating oven.12. Sorry, we don't provide the detailed machine pictures, but you can see the running machines at site.About force convection systemQ.Why should i buy a glass tempering furnace with force convection system?A.Yes, we suggest you to choose a force convection type furnace, this furnace could temper soft Low-e glass, because now, the Low-e glass is more and more popular in the market. And this force convection system can not be added in future. So from the beginning, we suggest the customer to buy a tempering furnace with force convection system. Q.Do we need to buy a tempering furnace with top and bottom force convection system?A.If the furnace with top and bottom force convection system, we call it "full convection tempering furnace". but we don't suggest you to buy the full convection furnace. This technology is a old technology which is popular few years before, during that period, many famous tempering furnace factory, such as North glass, Land glass, Jingglass, use this technology, but after running for some years, there are many problem for the bottom convection system, for example, the convection fan's shape changed, broken glass fall down to the heaters, etc.Now, more and more factory asked our engineers to modify their full convection to top convection only. Q.So only the top convection system is enough for tempering Low-e glass?A.Yes, it is enough. You know, there are ceramic rollers at the bottom oven, there are enough heat by radiation from the ceramic roller. Q.Which convection system is better? SS tubes or ceramic tubes?A. SS convection tubes are better, but its cost is higher than ceramic tubes. For ceramic tubes, it is easy broken or after some time, if the steel pipe shape changed, the ceramic tubes will fall down. And it is not easy to repair to to re-fit the structure. So we suggest you to buy a force convection system with SS tubes. Q.Does all the tempering furnace could have force convection system?A. Yes. But now, the Low-e glass is mainly for architecture, buildings, and most of them is flat tempered glass. So now, on the market, there is no need the force convection glass tempering furnace for automotive glass, furniture glass.About two heating chamber furnaceQ.: When will should i buy a glass tempering furnace with two heating chambers?A. If you have many orders, but one set of glass tempering furnace could not meet the order demand. And you don't have space or extra investment to buy another separate glass tempering furnace. If you want to improve the quality of tempered glass.Q.: Do these two heating chamber has force convection system?A. Yes, if the investment is ok, we suggest you to make both two heating chamber with force convection system. This is very good to produce the triple silver Low-E glass. Now, in the market, there are more than 60% two-heating chamber furnace has 2 force convection system.
