PINHE has always boasted an in-depth knowledge of the entire cycle of operations required to achieve the best finished product, an experience and expertise built up in the field, working every day alongside the most important insulating glass manufacturers in China and around the world.STRUCTURE DESIGNadopts thickened steel frame to ensure the stability of the production process, steel tube tickness: 6mm;the silicone material back-up wheel to ensure no abrasion on the glass surface, and the base is made of screws and nuts fixed, strengthened the stability of the back-up wheel, and avoided falling due to glass collision;the transmission wheels are made of thicker polyurethane material with a convex groove design;Low-E film detection device is installed before glass entering the washing to prevent damage to the membrane. PANEL PRESSPanel press section can couple and press two or three glass sheets through the action of two platens, one fixed at the back and the other - movable - at the front, fully automated, PLC controlled solutions with a convenient touchscreen panel from which the operator can control the entire process, view the diagnostics of each work cycle, and set the values of all machine functions quickly and easily. The conveyor speed is adjustable via an inverter. Features:· automatic infeed frame with special reference bars for the precise placement of the butylated frame;· "coupling unit" and press that can produce insulating glass of up to and 60mm thick;· cleaning and maintenance made easy thanks to the front movable platen opening to 500mm via servo motor driven.ARGON GASS FILLINPanel press section can be equipped with the "GAS PRESS" injection bar featuring:· gas filling through a special atomisation system located at the bottom of the machine;· fast and efficient work cycleVERTICAL WASHING Features: the drive of 3 independent motors for the glass conveyor, the speed of which can be adjusted via inverter to up to 12m/m;operation is by 6 powerful brushes with a 150 mm diameter;the washing process is completely automatic and the PLC equipped with touch-screen makes it extremely easy for the operator to run it.there are noise reduction modules around the air-drying structure for sound insulation and noise reduction.AUTOMATIC ROBOTIC SEALING MACHINE The automatic robotic sealing machine adds the final seal to already coupled and pressed rectangular insulating glass panels, thereby ensuring perfect corner sealing and maximum speed.a chain conveyor system equipped with plugs to support the glass sheets prevents contact with the sealed part, while a front suction cup ensures that it moves precisely and correctly.the extruder, the beating heart of this machine, can dispense any type of sealant - whether it is polyphosphide, silicone or polyurethane based - or other products on the market.a multi-axis CNC controller programs and controls every step of the process, thus ensuring a perfect finish even if the spacer is not positioned correctly.
