Brief introduction of vertical glass washing machineThis 2500mm Vertical Glass Washing Machine is composed of glass loading section(length 3200mm), washing and drying section(length 2460mm), and light inspection/unloading section(length 3200mm). With special design, it can wash Low-E glass effectively with high speed.This Vertical Insulating glass machine is composed as follows:1) loading section2) washing and drying section3) light inspection and storage sectionThis line is controlled by PLC and realizes the automatic control and frequency control of the motor speed of the whole line.There are two operation methods in the control panel 'automatic' and 'manual'. If the separate operation of each section or maintenance is needed, the 'manual' operation method is needed.2. Main features of BXLP2500 Automatic Glass Washing and Drying Machine 1)The six brushes adopt high quality soft brushes which can wash Low-E glass. They ensure washing glass clean and quick. Washing and drying section is made of stainless steel and anti-rusting material, it is waterproof, secure and healthy, also having long using life.2) Discern coated glass and the membrane surface of Low-E glass by itself, and digital play.3) Static state put glass when add glass material, ensure safety in production.4) The bearing takes famous brand SKF, which smooth with oil-less powder. In this case it will keep water free from oil and keep water clean.5) Adopt low-voltage electric component, the sensor, PLC, whole process automatically control machinery. Electric components adopt OMRON or Schneider brand.6) Treat the surface of plate guard through baking paint, powder coated. Appearance is beautiful and wears well.7) The dry part use circulation hot wind that ensure the dry effect for glass and reduce the noise.
