High metallurgical bonding strength. Laser cladding uses a high-energy laser beam with extremely high concentration energy to instantly micro-melt the surface of the workpiece, while completely melting the alloy powder preset on the surface of the workpiece or automatically transported synchronously with the laser beam. After the laser beam scans, the substrate rapidly solidifies through self-cooling to obtain a dense coating alloy layer metallurgically bonded to the substrate. II. Optional hardness and thickness. After laser cladding, the hardness of the cladding layer can be selected between HRC20-62, and the cladding thickness can be adjusted as needed. III. Wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Laser cladding can form corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and an excellent alloy layer on the surface of ordinary carbon steel workpieces, thereby extending the service life of the workpiece. IV. Reduce costs and energy consumption.
