The clean electric hoist crane is suitable for many emerging industries with high cleanliness requirements, such as machinery, microelectronics, medical materials and equipment, food, biological engineering, laboratories, chemical industry, atomic energy industry, optical and magnetic products industry, etc., and solves the problem that the current general-purpose crane produces all kinds of dust and rust in the clean room, which seriously affects the space environment. They have strict requirements on the cleanliness of the environment, and the cleanliness of the lifting equipment used in this clean environment is also required to be high. The design of clean bridge crane meets the intended use, meets the requirements of different cleanliness, reduces production pollution and cross-contamination as much as possible, and is easy to operate, clean, maintain and maintain when necessary. This paper introduces the structural composition and technical characteristics of key components of a clean chain electric hoist in bridge crane. I. Structural composition and technical characteristics. The clean ring chain electric hoist bridge crane is mainly composed of lifting mechanism, running mechanism, force-bearing structural parts, power supply device and other parts. The schematic diagram of the structure is shown in Figure 1. 1. Lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism adopts a specially treated fixed ring chain electric hoist. The engagement between the lifting chain and the lifting sprocket and cruise ship is smooth and there is no abnormal noise. In order to meet the special requirements for clean room use, its technical characteristics are: 1.1 Hook group. The hook group adopts aluminum alloy shell. The sprocket is closed. Lifting transmission. The lifting motor drives the sprocket through the transmission. The lubricating oil in the transmission makes the gear in a state of erosion. Three-stage high-precision hard-faced grinding gear transmission, smooth operation and low noise; aluminum alloy shell, light weight, corrosion resistance and good heat dissipation performance. 1.4. Chain box. The chain box is made of stainless steel or nylon with good plasticity and compression resistance. It has good corrosion resistance and can greatly reduce the drop of particles. 1.5. Ring chain electric hoist. The ring chain electric hoist is treated with nickel-plated alloy ring chain or dacromet, and a dust cover is set on it. The dust cover is made of three-proof cloth, and the compression size is small. It has little effect on the upper limit size, which can prevent dust and oil from falling on the chain and achieve the purpose of cleaning. 1.6. Others. All link bolts on the ring chain hoist are stainless steel bolts. 2. Operating mechanism. The large and small car running mechanism includes running wheel sets, running drive devices, buffers and other components. Its technical characteristics are: 2.1. Running wheel set, the running wheel set is made of nylon or polyurethane wheel set, which largely avoids the dust and particles generated by the friction between the wheel and the track, and achieves the purpose of cleanliness. 2.2. Running the drive device, the running drive device uses a three-in-one geared motor instead of the traditional open drive, which avoids the generation and fall of dust particles; the motor adopts a sterile motor, which cancels the fan cooling, which can avoid the adsorption of dust. 2.3. Buffer, the buffer of the crane adopts polyurethane or elastic colloid buffer, and the car block is made of stainless steel, which avoids the generation of particles during the collision. 3. Force-bearing structural parts, including the main beam, end beam, small frame and other components, its technical characteristics are: 1.1 The force-bearing structural parts are made of ordinary carbon steel, sprayed with anti-static paint, and equipped with static discharge devices; the connecting bolts are made of stainless steel. 1.2 The force-bearing structural parts and connecting bolts are all made of stainless steel; this treatment method has a higher production cost and is generally suitable for clean workshops with smaller spans.
