Labor protection supplies must be worn before going to work, and operators must be specially trained and qualified before they can go to work.2. Before lifting, check whether the various parts of the suction cup crane are firm and reliable, meet the use standards, and can only be used after confirming that they are intact.3. When the suction cup is suspended, there must be 8 symmetrical suction cups for adsorbing items. It is strictly forbidden to operate heavy objects to prevent injuries caused by falling due to loose suction.4. When lifting, make sure that the required pressure is reached before slowly lifting. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to pass under the equipment. Personnel should stand at both ends of the material, hold the upper end of the material, and keep a distance of more than 1 meter from the lifting object to prevent crowding and injury.5. After the vacuum lifter is used, it should be turned off or unplugged in time and placed in the designated location.6. The plate lifting process should be directed on-site by the person in charge of the operation area or a designated person.7. Before lifting, check whether the suction cup bolts are loose, whether the welds are cracked, and whether the hoist body, vacuum system and suction cup parts are abnormal. Before operation, check whether the vacuum pump, manual slide valve, pressure relay, vacuum gauge, rubber suction cup and other components are intact, and whether the pipelines and joints are intact and leak-free. After adjusting the length and width of the suction cup frame, the top screw should be restored to the top tightening position. Before using the suction cup, ensure that it is intact. It should be checked once a week, and if there is any damage, it should be recorded. It can only be used after repair or update.8. Check the vacuum system at least once per shift to see if the rubber suction cup has fallen off, if the vacuum pump is operating normally, if the pipeline is leaking or damaged, and if so, replace it.9. Replace the filter element every six months.
