Product Description Container Interior Use Vehicle Mounted CraneProduct Description Introduction to the Functions of the Selmy Brand Vehicle-mounted CraneThe Selmy vehicle-mounted crane features an extremely high lifting height, small footprint, large operating space, the ability to extend 1-4 meters from the vehicle for loading and unloading, and high efficiency in loading and unloading.The Selmy i brand vehicle-mounted crane has obtained a patent for invention from the National Intellectual Property Administration. It is installed on the top of the vehicle, and it has the following six major advantages:1. Small footprint, high lifting height, large working range. (Only occupying about 25 cm of the vehicle roof)2. The crane can extend to 1-4 meters outside the vehicle through folding tracks for loading and unloading.3. After conversion, the vehicle's own battery can meet the power supply requirements.4. Reduces safety hazards, one vehicle, one person, one remote control, can complete the loading and unloading.5. It is not restricted by environment or site conditions, and cargo loading and unloading can be carried out at any time and anywhere.II. Operating Procedures1. Turn on the power switch on the inverter.2. Open the door and extend the folding arm. Confirm that the folding arm fixing pin has been inserted.3. Open the lifting hook fixing pin, click the remote control start button, the crane is in operation, the working lighting lamp lights up.4. Operate the crane through the remote control for the lifting operation.5. After completing the task, drive the crane into the fixed position and insert the fixing pin.6. Fold the folding arm and fix it.7. Close the crane through the remote control, the lighting lamp goes out.8. Turn off the power switch of the inverter.III. Structural Characteristics and Working PrincipleThis series of products consist of a bridge frame, lifting mechanism, trolley running, main trolley running, and electrical systems. The lifting mechanism uses steel wire rope or chain as the lifting mechanism.(1) Main BeamThis series uses a C-shaped steel beam structure. The main beam is connected to the end beam with high-strength bolts. To prevent the running mechanism from reaching the extreme position, buffer blocks are set on both sides of the main beam.(2) Lifting MechanismThe lifting mechanism adopts a three-in-one drive motor and chain hoist system combination. Its structural feature is that the lifting mechanism is fixed at one end of the main beam, increasing the lifting running space of the hook.(3) Main TrolleyThe main trolley running mechanism adopts four-wheel running and two-wheel drive. The motor is a three-in-one micro parallel shaft motor, and the number of driving wheels is half of the total number of wheels.IV. Electrical System1. OverviewThe operation of each mechanism of the crane is controlled by ground personnel through remote control. The power supply of this mini crane can be selected from 380V and 220V voltages. It can also be installed on the vehicle for loading and unloading goods by converting the DC 24V and DC 12V power sources on the vehicle through a converter.When the remote control fails or is damaged and cannot be used, the randomly equipped wired control handle can be plugged into the aviation plug of the crane's electrical box and tightened to restart and can be temporarily used.2. Operating ConditionsElectrical control equipment operating conditions:(1) Below 2000 meters of altitude;(2) The ambient air temperature does not exceed +45oC and is not lower than -25oC;(3) Grid fluctuation is within ±10%;(4) Relative humidity does not exceed 85%;(5) In a place without rain, snow or water vapor.If the actual operating conditions do not conform to the above, please specify when placing an order.3. Electrical EquipmentThe operation of each mechanism of the crane is controlled by remote control and handle.This crane adopts a centralized control method, which is used for overload protection of AC motors on the crane, power loss, safety, and limit protection of each mechanism. It cooperates with the remote control and operation handle to control the operation of each motor, and also provides power, control, and lighting circuit power.4. Limit and Safety Switches The traveling and lifting mechanisms of the crane are equipped with limit switches to restrict the movement range of each mechanism. When the limit switches are disconnected, the corresponding circuits are cut off and the mechanisms stop operating. After the limit switches take effect and the operation stops, the mechanisms can only operate in the opposite direction, thereby ensuring safety.V. Random Documents1.
