This can save approximately 300-500 RMB in electricity costs per ton of material processed.The material that has undergone initial cleaning and magnetic separation enters the crushing chamber through the spiral feeder for crushing. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grinding disk, the material is crushed by the impact of the hammer blade mounted on the grinding disk under the action of centrifugal force, and then spun at a very high speed onto the surrounding gear ring. Due to the small gap between the hammer blade and the gear ring, it is further crushed here. The crushed material is carried between the inner wall and the splitter cover by the airflow entering from under the crushing disc, and then enters the classification chamber. It is classified by the combined action of wind, gravity, and centrifugal force of the classification wheel. The separated coarse material returns to the crushing chamber from the inner cavity of the splitter cover and is re crushed. Product ParametersThe ultrafine pulverizer main machine adopts the mechanical principle of vertical shaft shearing pulverization. It consists of a feeding system, a pulverization system, and a classification system, with material pulverization and classification completed in the same chamber.The feeding system includes a reducer (frequency-controlled), a feeding auger, and a gravity impurity remover. The reducer and the feeding auger are directly connected, with the auger speed controlled by a frequency converter to regulate the material supply. The gravity impurity remover removes large particle impurities and heavy metals from the material.The pulverization system consists of a main shaft assembly, pulverization disc, hammer, toothed ring, and flow guide ring. The pulverization disc rotates at high speed, and materials enter the chamber, where centrifugal force drives them into the pulverization zone between the hammer and toothed ring for impact and shearing pulverization. This pulverizer uses a patented multi-tooth hammer, which increases the number of impacts and shears on the material by 2-3 times per rotation compared to a single-tooth hammer, significantly improving the fineness and yield of pulverization by more than 30% compared to similar models.The classification system consists of a classification assembly and a frequency-controlled classification impeller. After pulverization, the material is carried by a negative pressure airflow to the high-speed rotating classification impeller for coarse and fine grading. The particle size is controlled by the speed of the classification impeller. Inside the machine chamber, a flow guide cover is installed near the classification impeller. Coarse materials classified by the impeller fall back through the flow guide cover onto the pulverization disc for re-pulverization. Once the desired fineness is achieved, the material enters the outer side of the flow guide cover under negative pressure and is classified by the impeller, avoiding the interference of airflows and preventing repeated pulverization.
